The audio in the last part gets cut off and says:

"Ives wonders if the the ELF knew that Monsanto's contribution to a $20 million dollar budget was only $2500."

The ELF goes on to contend that the amount of money doesn't matter - in principle they they believe Ives' work serves to simply soften Africa for Monsanto and the selling of biotech products in general, thus in the end the ELF sees no difference.
